Mentors must support people recognize their talents, explore, contribute, exchange and develop ideas with mentees, assist in locating resources to help learners, understand what knowledge are necessary to obtain and set goals, and see the areas that can be improved. A mentor is someone who gives an honest opinion to achieve the goals of mentees and build their future. In this procedure is really important to motivate to mentees in whole process.

In our process, we are four mentors and there are only two mentees. I consider that we have had good results, high cooperation and collaborative learning. Further, team efforts, activities and motivation have been well conducted. The conclusion of this process was very satisfying, and we have achieved the goals set forthe process of mentoring in my opinion.

The process of our meetings firstly was to plan which activities, contents and tasks will be developed in each meeting. In this case, I have discussed with other mentors to find and propose a right program of activities, and design some tasks ratifying what has been learned. Secondly, we as mentors have proposed the environments (e.g. Facebook, Skype etc.) and places to discuss or carry out our meeting face to face. For this point, I consider that is important ask for opinions to the mentees to find the best options for us. The third part was during the meetings, my contribution was to make positive contributions or answer questions from apprentices. In my opinion the meetings were very positive, and were conducted properly providing good support and feedback to us. The last part was the process of the reflection of meetings; it consists in developing ideas, comments and reflections in our blogs, and thinking about the next important processes or ideas for the next meeting.

In conclusion, the process of mentoring was really satisfactory, because in this group always there were good ideas, correct relation, motivation, positive learning, as both mentors and mentees have learned together important expertise, cognition, and we have achieved the goals raisedfrom the beginningof the process of mentoring, in my opinion.
